HJWAVE has launched two types of phase arrays and 3D antennas exclusively for imaging radar

The new products utilize a cascading structure with four chips to implement Tx16*Rx16, a total of 256 elements. The first method, a PCB Phase Array structure, incorporates an EBG (Electromagnetic Band Gap) structure to eliminate the channel deviation and ripple that are typical shortcomings of conventional methods. The second method, the WGIM (Waveguide Injection Molded) 3D antenna structure, consists of three layers and improves channel deviation by 40% and ripple by 20% compared to the improved PCB Phase Array method.
