HJWAVE Launches Multi-Channel Supported Antennas for Imaging Radars and Establishes Production Facilities
( HJWAVE's CEO, TaeHwan YOO ) HJWAVE, a specialized RF (Radio Frequency) solutions provider in the millimeter-wave (mmWave) range (30~300GHz), has announced on the 26th that they are launching dedicated antennas for multi-channel imaging radars and setting up dedicated production facilities. These products are designed for a wide range of applications, including autonomous driving imaging radars, perimeter surveillance, and boundary radar systems. They focus on meeting the high-resolution requirements of imaging radars by offering support for multiple channels and improving vertical and horizontal resolutions with an emphasis on reducing Angel Error. Traditionally, radars have supported 12~16 channels, but this product expands support to 144~256 channels. It utilizes a waveguide injection molding antenna technique, which can improve channel-to-channel deviations and radiation patterns by over 60% compared to conventional PCB Phase Array antenna methods.
